熱熔膠封盒機使用說明

本機器集電氣一體自動化控制生產、電氣元件采用優質產品性能穩定、生產速度40-50盒1分鐘，封盒規格（長×寬×高）（100-290）×（70-150）×（45-120）mm，裝機功率0.5-0.89KW（220V50HZ），源0.4mpa,0.3M³/min。

1. 工作原理：將盒子向里推，當盒子碰到行程開關1時，上膠氣缸自動上升，將膠水沾在盒子兩端。上膠氣缸設有磁感應開關，當氣缸上升至磁感應開關感應范圍氣缸會自動下落。同時頂盒氣缸上升，將盒子折疊成形。頂盒磁感應開關感應時氣缸會自動下落。當氣缸自動下落后，第二個盒子方可向里推。當盒子碰到行程開關2時，出盒氣缸開始工作，將盒子推向分流槽，當氣缸上升至磁感應開關感應范圍氣缸會自動下落。

Box sealing machine instructions 

This machine combine electricity into one, automatic control production, electric component adopt the high quality products, steady performance ,production speed :40-50 boxes /one minute, sealing standard(L×W×H) （100-290）×（70-150）×（45-120）mm，install power 0.5-0.89KW（220V50HZ），air source 0.4mpa,0.3M³/minWorking principle : push the box inward, when the box touch the travel switch one ,gluing air cylinder will rise automatically to stick the glue on the both ends of box, gluing air cylinder with the magnetic induction switch ,when the air cylinder rise to the induction switch range ,air cylinder will fall automatically, meanwhile jacking box air cylinder rise ,fold the box into shape. When jacking box magnetic induction switch react, the air cylinder will fall automatically, after the air cylinder fall, the second box will be pushed inward. When the box touch the travel switch two, the eject box air cylinder starts to work , push the boxes to the distributary tank, when air cylinder rise to the induction range of magnetic induction switch, which will fall automatically.
